At HD Parts and Bikes Trader, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a part that doesn’t fit your motorcycle quite right or perhaps you’ve changed your mind, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible!
We’ve Got Your Back
If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that items are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Not damaged or installed
If an item is returned used, damaged, or without its original packaging, we may apply a 20% restocking fee. In cases where the item is extensively damaged or cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please note that if you are responsible for the return shipping, those costs will be at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! We’ll work to arrange an exchange or a full refund. In this scenario, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please try not to alter or further unpack the item if possible, and take a few photos of the damage, as the manufacturer may request them.
